Everyone needs a doctor in the house, and we’re delighted to have “Dr. Woody” in ours.   As an organizational psychologist and CEC certified executive coach, Dr. Woody works with both private and corporate clients on the key driver of the customer experience: PEOPLE! He focuses on talent selection, development, on-boarding, and building management/leadership capacity. Dr. Woody has worked with private companies, technology start-ups, non-profits, government agencies, and Fortune 500 companies including Bacardi USA, Innovate CV, University of Miami, The Department of Justice, SAP and Century 21 Real Estate, among others.

Dr. Woody sits on the Academic Advisory Board and serves as faculty and coach for the Florida International University Center for Leadership where he develops and delivers programs for senior managers and C-level executives. Dr. Woody is also on faculty with the Institute for Management Studies (IMS) where he trains new mangers across the country on the transition from star player to successful coach.

Prior to founding Human Capital Integrated in 2005, Dr. Woody worked as a management consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting (PwC) and as a project manager for IBM Business Consulting Services in Washington DC. Dr. Woody is author of the top-selling book The YOU Plan, he writes a popular weekly column for Fox Business titled The Career Hot Seat, and he appears regularly on Fox Business Network's Career Accelerator as an expert on management and workplace issues.
