LOYALTY LACE UP!

This JUST happened too. I bought a pair of shoes back in February from 6pm.com. They were Sauconys and I put them to hard use walking my dogs in the awesome open space trails here in my neighborhood. Four months later felt something weird on the left shoe, looked and it was ripped - the fabric split from the rubber sole. I contacted 6pm.com and told them what happened and was just giving them an FYI figuring there was no way I was entitled to a refund of any kind. They gave me a full refund -FULL REFUND on a pair of shoes that had considerable wear and were four months old. Impressive. I immediately bought another pair from them and am actually buying another pair later today. They have my loyalty now!
